Why Kabeer
Same question, two different vantage points. See it from wherever you're sitting.
The same role, resourced three different ways — and what each one actually costs beyond the salary line.
In-house, direct hire
- Full sourcing and interview cycle for every hire
- Office space, laptop, and equipment provided
- Housing, company car, and fuel
- Visa plus annual Iqama renewal
- Medical insurance and yearly flight tickets
Direct hire from abroad
- Lower direct cost than a local hire
- Heavy effort to find and vet the right people
- Cross-border contracts to draft and manage
- Hard to keep people consistent long-term
- Tracking performance needs extra dedicated staff
The Kabeer Co
- You give us the role and the JD — that's the entire brief
- We source, vet, and you interview the shortlist yourself
- Zero-disruption replacement if someone needs to leave
- Every assignment logged and audited monthly
- No visa, housing, insurance, or equipment cost
The same skills, put to work three different ways — and what each path actually gives you beyond the paycheck.
Freelancing alone
- You find and vet every client yourself
- No one backs you up if a client disappears or delays payment
- Income swings month to month
- No one advocating for you if something goes wrong
Local job in Pakistan
- Stable, predictable paycheck
- Local salary scale, not Gulf-market rates
- Growth usually capped by the local market
Through Kabeer
- Matched to real, vetted Saudi companies — not cold outreach
- Gulf-market pay, working from home
- We handle the contract and the client relationship
- If a role ends, we work to place you on the next one
Compliance & legal, in plain terms
The questions every serious buyer asks before signing — answered upfront.
Is this legal under Saudi regulation?
Yes. Manpower can't be rented directly under current Saudi regulation, so we don't structure it that way. You engage Kabeer for a service — completed, tracked work — the same way you'd engage any vendor, not a staffing agency leasing employees.
Who employs the person?
The professional is contracted under Kabeer's Pakistan-registered entity. No direct employment relationship is created between your company and the individual, which keeps this outside Saudization headcount and Iqama requirements.
What about VAT?
Kabeer isn't VAT-registered in Saudi Arabia. Invoices are issued under the reverse charge mechanism, meaning you self-account for VAT as usual on imported services — no extra registration needed on your side.
Is our data safe?
Your role details, company information, and documents are stored with per-account access controls, so only your company can see your own data — not other clients, and not other candidates.
What's the contract structure?
A Service Agreement between you and Kabeer sets scope, pricing, and terms. A separate Contractor Agreement governs Kabeer's relationship with the professional — you're never left managing cross-border paperwork yourself.
Can we end the engagement cleanly?
Yes — no long-term lock-in. Give notice, and we handle a clean offboarding: access revoked, data returned, no loose ends.
