Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone using this website (thekabeer.co) or our company and professional portals, including companies handing over roles ("Clients") and professionals creating a profile ("Candidates").
What Kabeer provides
The Kabeer Co is a Pakistan-based service provider. Companies, principally in Saudi Arabia, hand Kabeer a role and its tasks, and Kabeer performs that work using its own dedicated, vetted specialists, who are Kabeer's employees. Engagements are structured as an international service agreement between Kabeer and the Client for the work performed — Kabeer is not a staffing agency renting employees, and no employment relationship is created between the Client and any Kabeer specialist through use of this website.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these terms.
For Clients
- Roles and task descriptions submitted through the portal are used to find and assign a dedicated specialist on your behalf.
- Commercial terms (pricing, invoicing, and the specifics of an engagement) are agreed separately in a signed Service Agreement, not solely through this website.
- You agree not to use information about a Kabeer specialist obtained through Kabeer to engage or employ them directly outside of a Kabeer engagement, except as agreed in your Service Agreement.
For Candidates
- Creating a profile does not guarantee a position at Kabeer or work on any specific role.
- You agree to provide accurate information about your skills and experience.
- Your employment terms, working hours, and monthly salary are set out in a separate employment contract with Kabeer, which is your employer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to access another user's account or data, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
This website and its portals are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care in matching and vetting, Kabeer does not guarantee the performance, conduct, or continued availability of any Candidate or Client, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Pakistan, where The Kabeer Co is registered, without prejudice to any separately signed Service Agreement or employment contract that may specify otherwise.
