Question 1

What is The Kabeer Co?

Accepted Answer

A Pakistan-based company that takes on defined roles for businesses, principally in Saudi Arabia. You hand us a role and the tasks it covers, a dedicated Kabeer specialist gets the work done, and you pay one agreed monthly fee for the role — zero headcount, zero overhead on your side.

Question 2

Do I hire anyone?

Accepted Answer

No. You do not hire, employ or manage anyone. You give Kabeer a role and its tasks, and Kabeer's own employee does the work. No one joins your headcount, your premises or your payroll.

Question 3

Which roles do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Finance, compliance, support, operations, documentation and analysis, plus technology and web, e-commerce, consulting and client delivery, engineering and projects support, HR and recruitment, sales and tendering, procurement and logistics, healthcare administration, design and media, and education. See the Roles page for what each role handles. If yours is not listed, tell us and we will build the bench for it.

Question 4

Is the website available in Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every page has an English and an Arabic version, and you can switch from the menu.

Question 5

Who do I contact with questions?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@thekabeer.co — we aim to respond within a couple of business days.

Question 6

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Send us a role name and the tasks it covers — that is the whole brief. A short list of the work you want done each month is enough. You can send it through your company portal or by email.

Question 7

What if I do not have it written down yet?

Accepted Answer

Describe the work in your own words and what a good result looks like. We will help you shape it into a clear list of tasks before we start.

Question 8

Do I need to sign anything before you start?

Accepted Answer

We can start early conversations based on your tasks. A formal Service Agreement is signed before the engagement officially begins.

Question 9

Do you have a company in Saudi Arabia?

Accepted Answer

No. Kabeer is a Pakistan-registered company with no Saudi entity, so the agreement is always an international service agreement between your company and Kabeer.

Question 10

Can I hand over more than one role?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send as many roles as you need through your company portal; each is set up and tracked separately.

Question 11

How do you find the right specialist?

Accepted Answer

We publish the opening, collect CVs from applicants, and screen them against your role. We interview the four or five strongest ourselves — skills, experience, communication and working style — and assign the one best fit.

Question 12

Will I meet or choose the specialist?

Accepted Answer

No. Who does the work is Kabeer's responsibility. We tell you when your specialist is onboarded and ready, and you start getting your tasks done by that dedicated person.

Question 13

How long until my specialist is ready?

Accepted Answer

Typically 5–10 business days, depending on how specialized the role is. We will give you a firm estimate once we see the tasks.

Question 14

What do you check before assigning someone?

Accepted Answer

Relevant skills and experience, working English (and Arabic where the role needs it), communication, availability, and readiness to work remotely.

Question 15

Can I ask for a specific language or tool skill?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Put it with the tasks — Arabic fluency, a particular software, a certification — and we screen for it.

Question 16

What if nobody fits?

Accepted Answer

We keep searching rather than assign a poor match.

Question 17

What if I am not satisfied with the specialist?

Accepted Answer

Tell us. We change the specialist at no extra cost and without any headache to you, with a handover so the work carries on.

Question 18

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the role and its tasks. Once you send them, we come back with a straightforward monthly rate before anything moves forward — there is no cost to get a quote.

Question 19

What does the monthly fee include?

Accepted Answer

Everything on our side: finding and employing the specialist, their salary, onboarding, management, the monthly report for the role, and a change of specialist if you are not satisfied.

Question 20

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

One invoice per month for the fee agreed for the role. Kabeer is not VAT-registered in Saudi Arabia, so invoices are issued under the reverse charge mechanism, meaning you self-account for VAT as usual on imported services.

Question 21

What if the amount of work changes?

Accepted Answer

Tell us. If the scope of the role changes, we agree the new monthly fee in writing before it takes effect.

Question 22

Who employs the specialist?

Accepted Answer

Kabeer does, under a standard employment contract with a monthly salary in Pakistani rupees. There is no employment relationship between your company and the individual.

Question 23

Is there a long-term lock-in?

Accepted Answer

No. Give us notice when a role is no longer needed and we handle the wind-down — access revoked, data returned, no loose ends on your side.

Question 24

Is this legal under Saudi regulation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Manpower can't be rented directly under current Saudi regulation, so we don't structure it that way. You hand Kabeer a role and its tasks, Kabeer performs the work, and you pay an agreed monthly fee for the role — the same way you would engage any vendor.

Question 25

Can I employ the specialist directly later?

Accepted Answer

Please talk to us. The terms for this are set out in your Service Agreement.

Question 26

Do I need to arrange visas or relocation?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything is delivered remotely, so there is no iqama, relocation, housing or flights to arrange.

Question 27

Who does the work?

Accepted Answer

A dedicated specialist assigned to your role. Kabeer manages them and is accountable for the tasks being delivered each month.

Question 28

What hours and turnaround can I expect?

Accepted Answer

Service hours and turnaround times for your tasks are agreed when we set up the role — for example, coverage on your working days. Tell us about any Saudi weekend or Ramadan schedule.

Question 29

How do I send tasks and see progress?

Accepted Answer

Day to day you send tasks in Connect, our work app, where every task has an assigned date, a due date and a status. Each month you also receive the report for the role.

Question 30

What access does the specialist need?

Accepted Answer

The specialist works from their own set-up, which we check. If a task needs your systems or files, you grant only the access that is needed, and can withdraw it at any time.

Question 31

What is the monthly report?

Accepted Answer

Every role comes with a professional-grade monthly report, such as a payroll variance report or a ticket-volume report. The Roles page shows the report for each role.

Question 32

What happens when the specialist is on leave?

Accepted Answer

Kabeer arranges cover so your tasks keep getting done.

Question 33

Who do I speak to if something is wrong?

Accepted Answer

Talk to us. In Connect there is also a Flag button that sends a private note to Kabeer.

Question 34

How do I apply?

Accepted Answer

Create a profile in the professional portal, or apply to a specific opening on the Careers page. Both take a few minutes — no long application forms.

Question 35

Do I have to pay anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Creating a profile and applying costs you nothing.

Question 36

Who will my employer be?

Accepted Answer

Kabeer. If you join, you are a Kabeer employee on a normal employment contract, with a monthly salary in Pakistani rupees. You do not work for the client company directly.

Question 37

What happens after I sign up?

Accepted Answer

We schedule a short initial interview to understand your background. If a role matches, Kabeer offers you a position and briefs you on the tasks before you start.

Question 38

What is the initial interview like?

Accepted Answer

An online conversation about your experience, skills, communication and the kind of work you want. It is how we match you to the right role instead of just the next one open.

Question 39

How long will I wait to hear from you?

Accepted Answer

We aim to get back to you within days of your profile. After that, timing depends on when a role that suits you appears.

Question 40

Does creating a profile guarantee a job?

Accepted Answer

No, but it puts you in front of Kabeer as roles for Saudi companies come in.

Question 41

Who sees my profile?

Accepted Answer

Kabeer. Client companies do not receive CVs: Kabeer assigns specialists, and a client sees only what is needed to work with the specialist assigned to its role.

Question 42

Do I need to speak Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Only if the role requires it. Each opening says what languages are needed.

Question 43

Do I need to relocate?

Accepted Answer

No — every role is fully remote. You work from where you are.

Question 44

What do I need to work remotely?

Accepted Answer

A reliable computer, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work during your working hours. We check this with you before you start.

Question 45

Who gives me my tasks?

Accepted Answer

The tasks for your role arrive through Connect. Kabeer is your employer and your manager, and your point of contact for check-ins, pay, and anything on the business side.

Question 46

How is my work tracked?

Accepted Answer

Tasks in Connect have an assigned date, a due date and a status. You clock in and out in the app so hours are clear, and a monthly report summarises the work delivered.

Question 47

How and when am I paid?

Accepted Answer

Your salary is paid by Kabeer every month in Pakistani rupees, as set out in your employment contract.

Question 48

What if a role ends?

Accepted Answer

We work to move you to the next matching role at Kabeer rather than leaving you stranded.

Question 49

Who do I talk to if I have a problem?

Accepted Answer

Kabeer. You never deal with a client's HR department, and Connect has a Flag button that sends a private note straight to us.

Question 50

What is Connect?

Accepted Answer

Connect is our work app for client companies and the Kabeer specialist assigned to their role. It brings chat, tasks and attendance into one place. Use it at connect.thekabeer.co or install the Android app.

Question 51

Who can use Connect?

Accepted Answer

There is no public sign-up. Kabeer creates accounts for client companies and for the specialists assigned to them. You are given a temporary password for your first login and can change it in Profile.

Question 52

How do I get the Android app?

Accepted Answer

Use the "Get the app" button at the top of this site, or open connect.thekabeer.co/connect.apk on your phone. Your phone may ask you to allow installs from your browser. On iPhone, use connect.thekabeer.co in the browser; an iOS app is not available yet.

Question 53

Does Connect send notifications?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the Android app you get a notification for each new message, even when the app is closed, and you can switch this on or off in Profile. Desktop Chrome supports notifications too.

Question 54

How does chat work?

Accepted Answer

The company and its specialist have a private conversation. You can send files such as PDFs, images and audio, and see delivered and seen ticks. A Translate button converts a message between English and Arabic.

Question 55

How do tasks work?

Accepted Answer

Any message can be turned into a task with an assigned date, a due date, an assignee and a status. Companies can filter tasks and export them to Excel. Each task gets an ID such as 26001-01 (the specialist's ID plus a running number).

Question 56

What are specialist IDs and Task IDs?

Accepted Answer

Every Kabeer specialist has an ID made of the last two digits of the joining year plus a running number, for example 26001. Their tasks are numbered 26001-01, 26001-02 and so on. When you flag a task you simply enter its ID.

Question 57

How does attendance work?

Accepted Answer

The specialist taps Clock in, Break and Clock out. The company sees who is working now and the hours delivered. If a session is left open by mistake it is closed automatically and marked so it can be reviewed.

Question 58

Does Connect take screenshots or track my location?

Accepted Answer

No. Connect records only the clock-in, break and clock-out times that the person enters.

Question 59

What does the Flag button do?

Accepted Answer

It sends a private note to Kabeer about a conversation, a task, attendance or conduct. The other person in the chat does not see it, and we are notified by email.

Question 60

Who sees what inside Connect?

Accepted Answer

A company sees the conversation, tasks and attendance for its own role. A specialist sees their own conversation and only the tasks assigned to them or created by them.

Question 61

Who can read my messages?

Accepted Answer

The people in the conversation. Kabeer's admin team can also review chats, tasks and attendance for quality, support and dispute resolution. This access is read-only, and each time a conversation is opened it is recorded in an audit log.

Question 62

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

On Kabeer's own secured servers, which Kabeer controls and administers. Your data is never placed on a client's systems, and the hosting providers that run the infrastructure may only act on our instructions.

Question 63

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never visible to us. Security rules in the database make sure a company or professional can only see their own data.

Question 64

How are files in Connect protected?

Accepted Answer

Files sit in private storage and can only be opened through secure, time-limited links by the people in that conversation.
