Remote accountant and bookkeeper for Saudi companies
Send us your bookkeeping and accounts tasks, and we assign one dedicated, vetted specialist to do the work remotely. You do not interview or approve candidates. If the specialist is not right for your team, we replace them at no extra cost.
What a remote accountant can do for you
What the specialist can handle:
- Bookkeeping and ledger management.
- Bank reconciliation.
- VAT/Zakat-ready record keeping.
- Accounts payable and receivable processing.
- P&L and balance sheet preparation.
- Expense categorization.
- Fixed asset register upkeep.
- Year-end closing support.
Tell us your accounting software and chart of accounts when you send the role, and we match the work to them.
How we manage the work
The work runs under a service agreement (not staff leasing). The specialist is Kabeer's own employee and is managed by us, so no one joins your headcount, premises or payroll. Every task is logged with an assigned date, a due date and a completion date, and the work is audited monthly.
Your monthly report
You receive the AP/AR Aging & Cash Position Report each month. Monthly breakdown of what's owed, what's due, and current cash position — so nothing slips through unnoticed.
Cost and getting started
We describe the typical saving as roughly half the cost of a local employee once visa, Iqama, housing, car, insurance and flights are counted. In the sample on our homepage, a local employee costs SAR 8,750 a month all-in against SAR 5,500 through Kabeer. These figures are illustrative, and your fee is quoted per role. There is no visa, Iqama, housing or equipment on your side.
How to start: send us the role and its tasks. We reply within 24 hours, and a specialist is typically assigned within 5 to 10 business days.
